Neckline is secured with a hook and eye closure.
Separate ruffle is gathered and tied around the neck.
The hat is made of a Manila folder covered in material. It’s somewhat flattened from storage but can be reformed.
Measurements:
From neckline to bottom of leg hem is 56”.
From neckline to crotch is 30”.
26” across the torso area, so approximately 52” around.
In excellent condition.
Wig , plastic shoe covers (see pic, each cover has a small crack on the toe), rubber nose, and horn.
