This necklace is a very ornate cross with what we think is either a faux or possibly real amethyst. The stone has a tiny bit of color shifting properties to it like alexandrite, but looks like it MAY be lab created so we are thinking amethyst or some other color shifting lab created stone. We are just not sure about this one. It measures 1.5" from top to bottom and 1.25" across. It is in good vintage condition but does have a tiny bit of verdigris in the crevices. There are also some light scratches and dings that come with normal wear. The pendant is not marked in any way but the 16" chain is marked as silver and the pendant has been acid tested and tests to be sterling silver as well. (Bin#MU3)
