These were handmade and worn once for a work Halloween costume contest, and won!! . They are for an adult sized person, however you could cut off the bottom for a child.
The eyes are styrofoam. Note the black material is only partially see through, however the mouth is velcroed at the top and can be undone if walking around. You may also consider replacing the moths with that theatrical see through black material (found on a lot of Halloween costumes).
These can fit almost anyone as there are slits in the sides of the costumes.
This post is for one red and one blue (you will receive both of them).
