I am unsure of the origin of this pin, who the artist is, or what grading it is. I purchased this and another just like it a while ago on mercari. All they could tell me was that these pins our foreign, and though as a major Neji Hyuga fan I adore owning both, I think it''s time to let one go for another fan like myself to enjoy.
