I made this pennywise costume for my son and i think it turned out to make him look more like a girl with his long hair… all you need to finish the look is a little face paint. Comes with custom painted cat & jack boots and clown collar… boots are a size 7 and costume is a 2T/3T…. Can be worn with or without clown collar if you little one doesn’t like it. collar also has adjustable tightness for around the neck to ensure it is not to tight. will ship next day so it arrives in time for halloween!!
