Like new! Beautiful teal blue hand carved lucite bangle bracelet by signed designer Alexis Bittar. The satin finish looks like polished sea glass and glows as the light reflects through the center off the gold layer underneath. Sooooo beautiful!!! I have seen them with black under layer but the gold makes the bracelet pop!!! It is stunning in person.
