New without shrink wrap or stickers holding plastic around box. Kept as display, doll was never taken out. Removed outer plastic sleeve for pictures and to dust box from the inside. Bends, ridges, and white spot on box (on the side as pictured) were there when received. Box has half-circle puckers where stickers were removed. Some scuffs/scratches on the clear outer layer due either from cleaning or manufacturing. Approximately 13 inches, medium-sized.
Comes with 6 BT21 iron-on patches. All BT21 characters included except Cooky. Any imperfections in the embroidery were there when purchased and received. Kept safely in a plastic bag and box. Adhesive on the back for iron-on transfer.
