Has no battery issues, keeps a full charge
Has no touchpad issues

1 major issue is that it cant be put in sleep mode it will need to be forcibly shut down and turned back on if you close the screen
The touch screen is also messed up and is reversed when trying to use it. So if you tap the bottom of the screen it will act like you touched the top of the screen
