Not sure if it has been used, but I will just say that it is.
Pins and necklace and charms are in good condition. Minor dings, dents & scratches.
Blade does have some tarnish and the surface has some bubbles which I assume is a manufacturing defect.
The Survey Corps & The Garrison pins - the tie tacks in back are loose.
The felt could be in better shape.
Box itself has red marks on the inside. Not sure if it is the felt rubbing off or just random marks that got on it.
Otherwise the packaging is in okay condition. Minor dents and scratches can be seen.
