Artisan Broken Porcelain Antique Rose Charm With Vintage Pink Quartz Bracelet
I used fragments of a vintage porcelain plate, cut the rose out and caged it in soft solder. This material is made to stay forever shiny but can lose some of its sheen. It may be gently polished with a steel wool to replenish the sheen. It will not turn your skin green! It is an Alloy: 96% Tin / 4% Silver, it’s safe and lead free!
For the bracelet, I used a vintage, pink, round Quartz beaded bracelet. I have the matching necklace, also made from the same plate and sea glass. It is available for sale.
I design all my pieces by using mixed media art and incorporating mainly vintage and antique pieces to create something new from something old, hence, Disegno Antiguo Nuevo.
