Bust: 35 in or smaller
Waist: 29 in
Height: 38 in (the dress portion)
I’d say this cosplay is a size S, possibly M. It comes with dress, pants, apron, arm sleeve and wig. The wig is cell shaded with acrylic paint (it might wash out but I’m not sure) The cosplay itself has also been cell shaded using sharpies and acrylic paints.
