Wicked lady and mistress 9 from sailor moon by snigpins. It’s a giant pin with lovely stain glass background.
I don’t know if the glass background is supposed to be recessed, but there is a dip between the enamel and the glass. Other than that there really aren’t any visible flaws on the pin and looks great displayed.
