My oysters are collected in Fernandina Beach, FL. I use only very large shells ranging 4.5" - 6.5". Shells are bleached, acid washed, and dried in the sun for several days. Barnacles and other blemishes are scrapped off and any sharpe edges are sanded. All shells are decorated individually so no two are alike. They are sealed, front and back with a high gloss sealer. The process takes 1-2 weeks to complete. I take great pride in my work and hope my oysters bring joy to those that purchase them. Oysters can be custom designed for special events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, or any special event. These oysters have been decorated with random names and dates for show. I''ve used a white pearlescent finish accented with gold and silver.
